15-day returns and exchanges
Not the right size or not quite right? You can return or exchange unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 15 days of delivery.
How to start
Write to us with your order number from the Contact page or reply to your order email. We'll arrange a pickup where available.
Refunds
Once we receive and check the item, refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Exceptions
Items that are worn, washed, altered or missing tags can't be returned. Sale items may be exchange-only where stated.
