This policy explains what personal data Barrow Ford Shirts ("we", "us") collects when you use this website, why we collect it and how we protect it.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address, phone number and password (stored only as a secure hash). If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email and profile picture from Google.
- Order details: delivery addresses, items purchased and order history.
- Payment details: payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net-banking password. We keep the payment reference, method and status.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and pages visited, used for security and to keep the site working.
How we use it
To process and deliver orders, provide customer support, prevent fraud, send order updates and, only if you subscribe, send marketing emails you can unsubscribe from at any time.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers who help us run the store (payment processing, delivery partners, email), and only as much as each needs. We do not sell your personal data.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS), passwords are hashed, and access to customer data is limited to authorised staff.
Your rights
You can view and update your details in your account, and ask us to delete your account by writing to us. We keep order records for as long as the law requires.
