Cancelling an order
You can cancel an order before it ships by contacting us with your order number. Once shipped, please use a return instead.
Refunds
Refunds for cancelled or returned orders are made to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5–7 working days after approval. You will receive an email when the refund is processed.
Failed or duplicate payments
If money was deducted but your order wasn't confirmed, the amount is automatically refunded by your bank or Razorpay, typically within 5–7 working days. Contact us if it hasn't arrived.
